Homemade Tonic For Thick Hair Growth

**Ingredients:**
• 1 tsp flaxseeds
• 2 tsp curry leaves
• 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
• 2 tsp onion juice
• Oil from 2 Vitamin E capsules

**Preparation:**
Boil 1 cup distilled water with flaxseeds, fenugreek seeds, and curry leaves for 5 minutes. Strain, then add onion juice and Vitamin E oil. Stir well.

**Use:**
Massage into scalp and hair length, “ensuring it reaches the roots.” Leave for 45 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water and shampoo.
